Through my experience learning English at the university I can rescue that online has been more comfortable than I think it would be in person, especially since it is less embarrassing to talk and interact with my classmates with the camera turned off or through the chat, and I suppose it is like that for everyone, so it costs much less to participate, and the pronunciation is much better since we are less nervous; We also have the recordings and graphic material available in your courses, which is very useful.

Regarding blogs, I think these have been quite useful for everyone, and not only to learn English, but it is also good to have this writing space to talk about ourselves, it is a very didactic way to review a subject, and a way to get to know our classmates more, which in online classes is difficult; I personally blog in the company of a friend from the class, so we always discuss the topic to be posted and it serves so that more than being a task, it is also a space to get to know each other more and hang out.

I think my English is very good, I have a facility to understand it, whether it is spoken or written, and I can respond and apply it very well as an answer, the problem is that many times I get nervous and get to mispronounce words; Another problem is that sometimes I confuse how to write certain words, and I suppose that one way to improve these problems is to keep practicing.

  1. I would like to agree with you but I think that although it is more comfortable there is no real interaction between classmates and we don't have the initiative to speak in english. Luckily your English is good so you probably don't need this interaction.

  2. When you're nervous it's the worst, you feel you know a lot and you have a good drive, but in front of everyone... well we know what happens hahaha, we have to keep practicing!
